It is Stallion Machine Shop LLC's policy to provide our customers with products that comply with requirements
and meet or exceed their needs and expectations for performance, delivery, and reliability.
Our quality management system is designed to comply with customer requirements and MIL-I-45208A. We are
able to provide consistent quality through the use of first article inspections of every machining process,
in-process inspections, calibrated measuring equipment, and our computer-controlled measuring machine
(CMM).
The use of our CMM allows measuring of dimensions which are extremely difficult and often impossible to
measure using conventional instruments and gages.
We employ many tools to assure quality, but also rely on our many years of experience and knowledge for
accuracy.
The quality of products you receive from Stallion Machine Shop LLC is assured through the use of all these
methods, ongoing improvements, and memberships to associations like the Manufacturers Association of
North Texas and the Precision Machined Products Association.
Our goal is to build a long-term relationship in which you can trust us to deliver a quality part the first time.
